The cottage is presently fully furnished to suit the style of the property but can be made available as an unfurnished property. There are 2 good-sized bedrooms plus 2 sleepouts for occasional bedroom use, or maybe as a study, workroom, or gym room, and a lovely new bathroom with a good shower.

Gas cooking, but if you are feeling adventurous the old wood stove works too, and there is no shortage of wood. A lockup garage is available, plus there is plenty of off-road parking for another car and for visitors.

Big block will give you total peace and privacy, lots of birdlife, and views of the city lights, and the owners will include help with the gardening as required.

Well-behaved pets would be considered.
