Everyone who visits this beautiful heritage cottage falls in love with it, and chances are you will too. Sitting around the fireplace on cosy winter nights – or daydreaming away summer days under the wisteria on the timber verandah – is just like stepping back into an old movie set!

The cottage has 2 good-sized bedrooms plus 1 sleepout for occasional bedroom use, or maybe as a study, workroom, or gym room, and a modern bathroom with a good shower. Gas cooking, but if you are feeling adventurous the old wood stove works too, and there is no shortage of wood. A lockup garage is available, plus there is plenty of off-road parking for another car and for visitors.

The big block will give you total peace and privacy, lots of birdlife, and views of the city lights, and the owners will include help with the gardening as required.

Well-behaved pets would be considered.

TO VIEW:
If a viewing time is showing: Our Property Manager will be present at the property on that advertised day/time.
